Salomon Tool Co. warranties its products to be safe from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase. Salomon’s only liability under this limited warranty shall be at our option to replace any product determined by Salomon defective. No damages or other remedies are available.

Salomon Tool, Inc. guarantees to the original purchaser that Salomon products will be free from defects in the material and workmanship for the life of the product. Salomon’s sole liability and purchaser’s sole recourse under this limited life time guarantee shall be the repair or replacement, at Salomon sole discretion, of any product that Salomon determines is defective in material or workmanship. In no event shall Salomon be liable for any incidental or consequential damage (including liability for loss of profits or other damages) arising from the state or use of the product. All implied guarantees shall be limited in duration to one year from the date of first purchase, to the extant applicable.
Salomon Tool Co. guarantees to the original purchaser only that Salomon level products will maintain their stated accuracy for life. The Vials on all levels will not decrease from their stated accuracy EVER or Salomon will replace it with a new level. However, twisted or damaged levels void the guarantee.
